We started out the week having Pastor Tony Greene from the Knoxville Baptist Tabernacle drive our new van that we purchased in North Carolina to us. We then had Brother Greene preach on Wednesday night before we flew him back Thursday morning. He preached a great message called "The Greatest Work." Our people were moved for personal soul winning and 33 came out Thursday night. We then had 48 saved on the soul winning bus, a new record for Thursday night. Amen and Amen!
This past Saturday I found myself attending a piano recital for three of my girls; (from right to left) Sarah, Rebekah, and Rachel. We had been out visiting and soul winning all morning and our church had 14 saved that morning. My partner (Blaise) and I alone had had seven. Somebody say, AMEN! Then we stopped at home for a quick bite of lunch and then off to the recital. All three of my girls did an excellent job. Then came my favorite day of the week, the Lord's Day. This past Lord's day we went through our fourth week of our Sunday school campaign. I am excited about our campaign theme which is "Take Me Back to the Main Thing!" Of course the main thing is personal soul winning. We ended up having 83 saved for the week by the time Sunday night came to a close and there were three professions of faith made with two baptized at our services. Praise God for soul winning and a soul winning church.

This past Friday night found me visiting the Great Plains Art Collection in downtown Lincoln. It was the Spring Art Exhibit showing and one of our little church members has some of her work on display there. She had a picture she had drawn on display and a board game that she had made herself on display too. I liked the art work and especially the board game. I took particular notice that the little people game pieces she had made, pictured all the girls wearing dresses. I thought that was great since Yasmine had drawn them herself. This weekend we were greatly slowed in our soul winning efforts by severe storms passing through our area. In fact Saturday night didn't allow for much sleep because of the tornado sirens that were going off. Thankfully none of them touched down in our city. We finished the weekend with 37 saved and one baptized. Had a new family join the church on Sunday morning as well. Transferring their membership from Liberty Baptist Church in Las Vegas, Nevada. Praise God for His protective hand through the storms and the great blessings of new families.

We had a great day this Easter. Even though the bus was very low we still had 127 in Sunday school. We had 3 public professions and 2 baptized on Sunday morning. We had 50 and one baptized on Sunday night. Pictured to the left is a lady named Won. She is from South Korea and has been attending our services for several months. This past Saturday she made sure of her salvation and followed the Lord in believer's baptism. Praise God for His saving mercies.
