It was a great privilege to have the teens sing "Stand for Jesus" this past Sunday night. God has so richly blessed us this year. So far this year we have seen 270 people trust Christ as their Saviour, had 25 make public professions of faith, and watched 13 follow the Lord in believer's baptism. Praise God for the work of the church! I also praise God for how he blesses even in difficult times. Check out the Bible, everytime persecution came, the church increased. The cause of Christ will not be derailed!

I ran into the Miller family Saturday night at the church house. They were there to clean it. Mrs. Miller was busy in the background vacuuming while Brother Miller was busy putting his son in check! Ha! I appreciate faithful families that help our church function and do what it needs to do. I praise God for the opportunity to be their pastor and so many other great families. Our Lord's Day involved 5 public professions of faith and 1 baptism. God gave us a great spirit both on Sunday morning and on Sunday night. We had a tare leave the church recently and it is amazing what a great spirit has been found in our church services since their departure. Praise God for His pruning process that allows the church to function as it should. Praise God for Jesus and His love for the institution of the church!

Last week we had our Valentine's Banquet. it was a big success as everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves. This is a picture of one of the games we played. It was the $25 dollar box, made after the $25,000 dollar pyrmiad game show from the 1970's. It was a lot of fun. God truly has given us some great people in our church and I enjoy being the pastor to each and everyone of them that attended that night. That weekend we had some great services, having 3 public professions of faith made and 2 following the Lord in believer's baptism. I am excited to see what God will do this weekend as it is upon us already. God bless and I look forward to seeing you next week.
