This is Mrs. Zlomke's grandfather, Larry. What a great honor to baptize this man at 70 years of age. It was a better attendance day today with 108. The snow has really hindered our attendance at times, but the weather was fairly good today. We had three baptized in the morning service and two baptized after the evening service. Praise God for His saving power!

This is Michael who got baptized this morning. He was one of the highlights of a Sunday that was marred by a Saturday night blizzard! We had the lowest attendance that we have had in almost two years with only 77 in attendance. I thought we were blessed by God to just have services, let alone a baptism. Michael was met by one of our soul winners a few Thursday nights ago and walked in on his own. Praise God for soul winning. Sunday night service was low attendance also, with just 42, but the spirit was good. Looking forward to have a week without snow!

This is Abba, who got saved in Sunday school today, and then baptized. Her mother, brother, and sister have all previously been baptized at our church. Overall we had a pretty good Sunday with 111 in the morning and one baptized. We also had 54 on Sunday night with one public profession of faith being made. That individual is supposed to come back with her husband and get baptized next Sunday. Praise God for a soul winning church! I truly don't know what would have become of my life if the Lord wouldn't have brought men my way to influence me in this area of personal soul winning! Somebody say, AMEN!

This is Brother Houdek, one of our faithful men, removing snow before our evening service. We battle the snow all day in a storm that is to continue through Tuesday. Over all we did not have a bad day with 100 in Sunday school. Considering the weather and most of our Sudanese members had gone to Omaha to vote in a special election for the Nation of Sudan. The Sudanese folks make up about a 1/4 or more of our church. So that considered, what seemed like low attendance was actually pretty good. We also had three saved, two in the service and one outside the building that asked for a jump start. Then in the afternoon we held our Nursing home service and had three saved there too! Overall we had 41 saved for the week. Pretty good, when considering all things. Praise God for faithful people that help get the job done!

This is my son Jonathan, who is a Sophmore at Texas Baptist College. He was home for one week during this holiday time and flies back to Texas tomorrow. Overall we had a good Sunday with 103 in Sunday school and 5 public professions of faith being made with one person following the Lord in believer's baptism. We had 29 people saved this week, which is a good way to start the new year! On Sunday morning we had a whole family, father, mother, and daughter come forward at the invitation. What a privilege to see them get saved!
This is my daughter Sarah, who has been our faithful piano player for the past six years. She received here the Cultivator Award at our Watchnight service. This award is given out each year to someone who has served faithful in certain areas for long periods of time. We finished the year having 1,670 souls led to Christ, 208 of those making public professions of faith and 124 of those following the Lord in believer's baptism. Praise God for a great year!
